We all have dreams of being those perfect superheroes we see onscreen or to have a measly part of that power at the least. Here are some common superpowers just about everyone wants. For there is something more deeper we want that merely wanting to enact the superheroes in comic books...
Its not just owing to Edward Cullen or Professor X that many dream of having this power, but its been a prevailing wish we humans have had ever since! Of course it might work to a huge advantage should we get to read minds, but thoughts can be deceiving, too...
Sure, vampires and werewolves heal fast. But what about us, the humans? We all would so want to heal fast from any injury, won't we?
As humans, we err. And when we think of how to redeem that error, we find ourselves wishing desperately if we could go back in time and change things. Again, this is perhaps one of the immortal wishes humans have. Though they its taboo to touch the flow of time, none really heeds it. Though we're glad that Hermione used time travel in the Prisoner of Azkaban part, didn't we?
Who wouldn't want anything else but this? We've had legends containing secrets to attaining this with so many superstitions in between. As close to falsehood as it might be, this is like that bumper jackpot we all want.
Let's not lie: Jennifer Lawrence hitting it big this year as Mystique as she has for a while now has got all of us wanting the same power, and imagining all that could be done with. It is even said that vampires can transform so. Whatever may the case be, it is still solid that it's us humans who seem to be desperately wanting this. No, we're not looking forward to turning into werewolves though...
Loved ones are irreplaceable; we would want to go to great lengths to bring them back to the land of living. It is said that nothing as such can be done once the soul has passed on to the afterlife, but meh. We're at it anyway. And of course we don't want zombies or vampires!
We've watched oh so many superheroes mostly onscreen since their inception in the comic books. Why would anyone not want ANY power of one superhero to begin with when there are hundreds to choose from? Self-explanatory, this.
Forget flying! Who would want to spend time in a plane when they can just zap themselves off to the destination in seconds?
Now don't tell me you've never wanted any of your wishes to come true. What if when you say 'I wish...,' your wish would come true? Why can't we all be a Genie each, to grant a hundred thousand wishes for ourselves?
Liked how Harry Potter and his friends could disappear under the Invisibility Cloak and embark on adventures? Loved it? Yup, we all loved it! And I know we all would do anything to get our hands on a cloak like that.
