Dangerous Everyday Activities

Throughout your day, you do many things that you don’t think of as being potentially dangerous. Things such as driving to work, texting and walking, working out, or microwaving your food. You do these and many other things every single day, sometimes you even subconsciously do them and you don’t realize the dangers that come along with them that may result in your needing to hire a personal injury attorney.

Driving To Work

Driving To Work

It’s no secret that driving is a pretty dangerous activity that we all do every day. We have to make it to work and get the kids to soccer practice. Although the morning commute in Utah isn’t nearly as bad as in California or New York, be careful when driving. If you get into a wreck, you’ll probably end up having to hire a personal injury attorney to help you fight with the insurance company. Drive carefully, my friends.

Texting and Walking

Texting and Walking

Texting and walking can cause you some serious personal injury. If you’re walking down the street while you’re texting, you probably won’t notice the open manhole and fall 10 feet, land in some nastiness and break your leg. Plus, you’ll probably have dropped your phone and that’ll be broken too. Don’t walk and text. It’s not worth the personal and social injury.

Walking in General

Walking in General

It doesn’t matter if you’re walking the mountainous paths in Utah, the flat roads of Arizona or even just across your living room, you’ll probably find yourself tripping on something. Loose cords, rocks, your own feet…they’re all dangerous activities that could cause you to find yourself an attorney to help you sue that store for not having swept their doorway when you walked in.

Using Your Phone in General

Using Your Phone in General

If you’re in Utah and your girlfriend is in Tennessee, you probably text her and talk to her all the time. Well, have fun with carpal tunnel in your wrists in a few years. Plus, you’re sending massive amounts of electromagnetic radiation through your body. Sounds safe, right? No. Put your cell phone down, now!

Microwaving Your Food

Microwaving Your Food

This one is quite personal to me. I love my microwave because it’s so easy and convenient. But also so very dangerous. Don’t stare at your microwave while you’re using it if you don’t want to cause injury to your eyes. The radiation that emits from microwaves is extremely harmful, plus it increases the amount of carcinogens found in your food.

Cleaning Your House

Cleaning Your House

Many of the chemicals that you use to clean your house are actually very dangerous, although that may not be a complete surprise. Keep your cleaning products out of reach from your children, you never know what they might get into and some chemicals you use to keep your countertops shiny are definitely not polishing your children’s health.

Working Out

Working Out

Working out is not just good for your health, it can also be super dangerous. Pushing yourself too hard can cause many different health problems from torn or strained muscles to broken bones. Even things like running down the street are dangerous. That one really buff guy at the gym is a danger too. If he slips and drops his weights onto your foot, you’ll need an attorney to sue him and pay your medical bills.

Doing Pretty Much Anything

Doing Pretty Much Anything

It seems that no matter what you do and how healthy you try to be, researchers will come up with something harmful and dangerous. Basically, you should just stay inside your house, never clean it, never use any type of technology and don’t you dare even think about using your microwave. In fact, don’t even think about cooking anything at all because it’ll be bad for you. But, then again, if you do, or don’t do, all those things, you’ll also be putting your life at risk for doing nothing. It seems like a lose-lose situation, so you should just do whatever you want and live your life.
