Easy to make desserts!

For all you dessert lovers, you can now make yummy desserts using these recipes in just few minutes and satisfy your dessert cravings.

Chocolate And Cream Cheese Pillows

Chocolate And Cream Cheese Pillows

Any kind of chocolate chips(i usually prefer milk chocolate)
Or
Philladelphia strawberry cream chese
Or
Chocolate spread
Crescent rolls
1 tsp or tblsp
Method

  1. Unroll the dough from the crescent roll can(it can be a bit sticky so i usually put a bit of flour on the surface and tad my fingers in oil or water)

  2. Put a dab of your filling in the center of the rolls and wrap them. Make sure there are no loosing openings or else the filling will leak out and burn

  3. Put the rolls into the oven as directed on the can.

If you want to get fancy you could add some glaze or frosting with spinkes. Everyone loves sprinkles after all :)

Mango Kulfi

Mango Kulfi

Ingredients

  1. mango - 1
  2. kulfi - 2
    Method

  3. Cut off the mango head so that the top of mango seed is visible.

  4. With a pointed knife start cutting from the edge of the seed.

  5. Twist the seed by holding it on its head and pull.

  6. Fill in kulfi in the vacant space in mango.

  7. Keep in freezer till kulfi hardens.

  8. Cut in round slices.

Delicious Oreo Mcflurry

2 cups of vanilla or chocolate ice cream (whatever you want)
4 original oreos
1 extra oreo for garnishing
2 tbsp milk
Method

1) get a ziplock bag and place your oreos in it. Get a rolling pin and crush the oreos.
2) get your ice cream and milk and put it in a food processor/ blender.
3) get your oreos and put them in the food processor/ blender as well
4) mix your ingredients up until you get a flurry type of consistency. Make sure you don't mix it too much or it will become like a milkshake rather than a mcflurry.
5) take your mix out of the blender and place on a bowl.
6) garnish with a crushed oreo
7) enjoy!

Yogurtish Yum

Ingredients

• yogurt
• sugar
• banana or any other fruit
• chat masala
Method

First put the yogurt in a bowl then cut the banana or any other fruit in small pieces and put in the yogurt and then put 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix all the ingredients together and at last put a pinxh of chat masala and serve it
enjoy

Ingredients

*two snickers bars
*1/2 package of luna evaporated milk
*1 sachet dream whip
*1 sachet pudding mix
*1 sterilized cream can
*1/2 tsp coffee granules
*2 tbsp custard powder
*fresh strawberries for topping (optional)
Method

*melt the snickers bars in microwave oven for about 30 seconds.
*in a bowl, beat cream, evaporated milk, whipping powder, pudding mix, cream and custard. Add snickers chocolate in it, mix well until it forms stiff peaks.
*transfer the chocolate mixture into a saucepan, cook until thick.
*pour into dessert cups. Decorate the top of dessert with sliced strawberries.
*refrigerate for 1 hour.

Chocolate Mud Pie!

Chocolate Mud Pie!

Outside:
Ready made pie crust/flan and pie top
Inside: a ready made round chocolate cake (from scratch or already shop made)
Or-
Pie crust/flan base
Cake batter mix
Or-
2 premade cakes
And chocolate frosting
Melted chocolate
Decoration:
Melted chocolate
Sprinkles and toppings of your choice
Method

Place chocolate cake into pie crust/ flan base.
Fill in the gaps round the cake with the melted chocolate

optional: place a round pastry pie top onto the cake, and the melted chocolate should seal it down
or-
you could even put cake batter/mix into the pie crust and then cook it from inside the pie

or-
crumble 2 premade cakes (from scratch or from shop) together in a bowl. Add the chocolate frosting and mix it all together till you get a doughy consistency.
Spread the dough all over the bottom of the pie crust and then top with melted chocolate or put chocolate cream on top.
Decorate how you with with any topping, sprinkles and sweets you like!

Nutella Semifreddo

Nutella Semifreddo

Ingredients

Heavy cream
Nutella
Egg yolks
Sugar
Vanilla essence
Method

Beat together egg,sugar,and essence.Make sure it is beaten in a glass bowl.Take a saucepan and add a little water.Keep the the bowl on top of it so that it doesnt touch water.Cook it until ready.Make sure water is not up to a boil.Then take half of cooked eggs and fold it up with heavy cream and the rest with nutella.Take egg mixture and pour to a dish and scribble out the nutella on top.Freeze overnight...

1) chocolate biscuits
2) nutella
3) chocolate syrup (optional)
4)toppings of your choice
Method

Take a biscuit and apply nutella on it, close it with another biscuit. Pour chocolate syrup(if necessary) and put some toppings on it and enjoy.

Nutella Mug Cake!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self-raising flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons nutella
3 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Whipped cream topping ( if desired)
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Method

1.Combine all ingredients in a large microwaveable coffee mug.
2. Whisk well until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 1½– 3 minutes. (time depends on microwave; mine took 1½ minutes.)
4. Add heavy cream to a bowl.
5. Whip on medium-high speed until almost stiff.
6. Add sugar and beat until heavy cream forms stiff peaks.
7. Top with whipped cream.
8. Enjoy the most delicious cake ever!!

Frozen Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Banana Loaf

INGREDIENTS

12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 ripe bananas
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped
Nonstick cooking spray and waxed paper, for loaf pan

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Coat an 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray; line with waxed paper, leaving overhang on both long sides. Set aside.
STEP 2
Melt chocolate; cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a food processor, puree bananas until smooth.
STEP 3
Stir peanut butter into cooled chocolate until combined, then stir in banana puree. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined. Pour into prepared pan; top with peanuts. Fold waxed paper over top; wrap tightly in plastic. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours.
STEP 4
To serve: Remove loaf from pan (run a hot towel across sides and bottom of pan, if necessary). Slice about 1/2 inch thick, as needed.

Peanut Butter Tart

Peanut Butter Tart

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CRUST
Ten 4 3/4-by-2 1/2-inch graham crackers, broken into pieces
FOR THE FILLING
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 ounces best-quality milk chocolate, plus more for curls
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup cream cheese (4 ounces)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Place graham crackers in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until fine crumbs are formed. Transfer to a medium bowl, and add butter. Stir with a fork until thoroughly combined. Place crumbs in a 13 3/4-by-4 1/4-inch rectangular tart pan with a removable bottom. Press crumbs up the sides of the pan to form the edge of the tart and then evenly over the bottom of the pan. Place in the refrigerator while making the filling.

STEP 2
Fill a large bowl with ice and water. Finely chop chocolate, and place in a medium bowl. Place 1/2 cup cream in a small saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Pour over chopped chocolate, and set aside for 5 minutes to yield chocolate ganache. Whisk to combine. Set in ice bath until ganache is cool, whisking constantly. Once cool, remove from ice bath, and whisk until ganache is just thick enough to hold its shape; do not overbeat. Spread in the bottom of the prepared crust, and return to the refrigerator until set.

STEP 3
Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

STEP 4
Whip 3/4 cup heavy cream to soft peaks. Add whipped cream to peanut butter mixture; whisk to combine.

STEP 5
Spoon mixture into prepared crust; return to the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Remove tart from refrigerator, and transfer to a serving platter 10 minutes before serving. Whip remaining 1/2 cup cream. Top tart with dollops of whipped cream. Use a vegetable peeler to make chocolate curls for garnish.

Coconut Bonbons

Coconut Bonbons

INGREDIENTS

12 chocolate wafer cookies
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 pints coconut sorbet
12 whole almonds
26 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Set a wire rack over a baking pan. Arrange the wafers, top sides down, on rack, spaced evenly apart. Place 2 teaspoons shredded coconut in the center of each wafer. Using a 2-inch ice-cream scoop, scoop a ball of coconut sorbet onto each wafer. Place an almond on top of each scoop of sorbet. Transfer pan to freezer for 20 minutes.
STEP 2
In a double boiler, or a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Melt chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally. Remove bowl from heat. Let cool slightly.
STEP 3
Remove baking pan from freezer. Generously ladle melted chocolate over the bonbons, covering entirely. Return the baking pan to the freezer for 30 minutes more or overnight. Serve.
