Diabetic Friendly Mexican Recipes

Diabetes means that you have to be smarter about your eating choices, not that you have to give up all of your favorite foods. Eating healthy does not have to be bland and boring. By modifying recipes to be lower in carbs and fat, you can enjoy eating them without guilt. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, we have collected some healthy recipes inspired by traditional Mexican dishes for you to try.
