It’s here everyone! Swimsuit season has arrived, and whether or not you are staying in Utah or heading out to sit on a beach somewhere with your college buddies, that bikini is going to come with you. You’ve been hiding your body all winter. Now it’s time to shed some layers and put away those sweatshirts and sweatpants and show off that body.

Watch what you eat

Watch what you eat

If you want to lose a few pounds, then you have to watch what you are putting into your mouth. Cut back on the calorie intake, but not so much that you are hardly eating anything.

3

Plenty of water

Plenty of water

Drinking a lot of water will be the perfect cleanse for your body. Give your body a break from those surgery sodas.

4

Exercise

Exercise

I’m not saying to go out and hit a local cross fit gym in Utah twice per day, but sitting on your butt isn’t going to help you lose any weight. Even going for a walk will help.

5

Cut back on the alcohol

You’re not in college anymore. Going out and drinking every night is hard on your body, not to mention the fact that the calories in alcohol are outrageous.

6

Hang your bikini where you will see it every day

Nothing works better than a little motivation. You’ll see that bikini every day and think about how you want to look in it.

7

Healthy snacks

Switch out your chocolate for an apple, or have some celery with that peanut butter. Your body needs nutrients.

8

Take before and after pictures

Another motivation tool. It’s hard to tell how much you have progressed unless you can see it.

9

Love your body

Truth is no one has a bikini ready body. The sexiest thing anyone can have is confidence. So, put on that swimsuit and rock it.
