We look at celebrities today and think that they have such a fabulous and glamorous life. Usually we don’t even consider the fact that maybe they have problems, that there are things that they struggle with or that maybe they are just like us. It’s hard to believe that someone you see on the TV screen could be going through the same thing that you are, but even if you don’t want to believe it, it can still be true.
Here is a list of strange things celebrities do to sleep and sleep disorders that they have to deal with.
Many athletes have to deal with the sleep disorder of sleep apnea because they are usually bigger in size and have thicker shorter necks.
Not being able to sleep at night isn’t always a bad thing. Some celebrities take advantage of that time with all the silence to find inspiration.
According to health.com Jimmy Kimmel suffers from this sleep disorder. Hopefully he never nods off during his show.
Some celebrities, mostly singers, believe that they need to take a lot of time to sleep and make sure their voice is well rested.
Quite a few celebrities have difficultly falling asleep when they are on tour or out promoting a new show. Their mind never stops thinking about what they have to do the next day.
Not necessarily a disease, but a lot of celebrities love to sleep with multiple humidifiers. Usually to help their voice and to humidify the air.
They are celebrities and they are always on the move, their legs have a hard time of knowing when it is time to stop.
That’s what they say, people. Getting plenty of sleep is the key to beauty.
