For a stability ball pass lie on your back with you're an exercising ball in your hand and fully stretched upwards. Now move your legs up, so that your feet are facing the ceiling and pass the ball from your hands to in-between your feet; get back to the starting lying down position, and then the stability ball pass back to your hands.
