A younger demographic base is beneficial for India's growth hence there is an increased need to harness its full potential in order to become a country which is recognized by individual strength and brilliance.

One such person that I have in mind is a shining light from Orissa- Arkesh Singh Deo from Odisha. A leader of the Biju Janata Dal political party representing Bolangir constituency in Odisha, Arkesh Singh Deo is the youngest son of Bolangir MLA Ananga Udaya Singh Deo and great grandson of Odisha's former chief minister Rajendra Narayan Singh Deo both great leaders on Orissa.
I draw my inspiration to become a politician from this young leader. I would like to conclude with a quote by Arkesh in one of his interviews. On asking whether he knew he would always be a politician, as his background, he replied, “.”I always wanted to work towards fulfilling commitments my family has made to the people of Odisha. Our family has been working towards betterment of people for generations, so that was there. Since politics was something that went parallel with the act of connecting with people, it was, but natural for me to take the plunge.”
Social Media is a great way to reach the target audience in this fast-paced world. The global sphere is now shrinking into a global village and social media is a powerful connecting tool. Different people use it differently. It was only last week when I shared how impressed I was with Arkesh Singh Deo’s social media presence.
Arkesh Singh Deo hardly talks about his party propaganda on his profiles but he shares interesting content on topics like education, economy and housing etc. That is something an ideal leader should do. His page is the clear reflection of his vision and mission for his state. It is always, a pleasure to watch him voicing for critical issues ranging from medical colleges to the solar plants in the state.
He is vibrant, hot-blooded and full of zest for change. He is the scion of the Bolangir royal family. He is a far cry from your usual image of an Indian politician but he looks like a new wave. His style is casual yet impressive. If you browse across Google, you would see few of the articles describing this young and admirable BJD spokesperson. In one of his interview he has explained his viewpoint about Politics, Odisha & Its development.
A leader is a person who inspire its people with their actions, and with their action they witness an equal reaction. Arkesh Singh Deo an upcoming politician from Balangir who has grabbed my attention this year is a person with a pleasing and charming personality, but he believes in serious work. As an admirer of arkesh, I have been following his posts regularly on social media.
One such politician whose virtual profile is as charming as his actual is Arkesh Singh Deo, son of Ananga Udaya Singh Deo and the youngest spokesperson of Biju Jananta Dal (BJD) in Orissa. Hailing from a royal background and born in a family with an active political involvement since a century now, the youngest of the lot is dynamic and conscious of the social issues of not only his region but the country as well.
Dan Arielylt, in his book said and I quote "To summarize, using money to motivate people can be a double-edged sword. For tasks that require cognitive ability, low to moderate performance-based incentives can help. But when the incentive level is very high, it can command too much attention and thereby distract the person's mind with...
