Belle Vista in Conooor is a cozy place to unwind. This homestay is the best place to use as a base for seeing Ooty, Conoor and nearby places. We visited this homestay last month (December ' 2013). We were struck by how cosy it was, a simple yet elegant place to stay.
The NEST is facing THE RALIAH Mountain Range which boasts of a large forest reserve and dam used for supplying drinking water to Coonoor town. The reservoir and wetland are situated in the upper area with a forest of Acacia, Eucalyptus and some sholas as catchments.
