This air compressor does way more then what I expected it to do. It is very light and portable. I purchased a CH 18 gauge brad nailer/stapler along with a RIDGID (Home Depot Brand) 15 gauge framing nailer. This compressor was able to operate both without any issues. My model is rated for 110 PSI, and while I haven't seen it generate more thatn 105, it is still enough even for the heavy duty framing nailer. I'm currently framing my basement and this compressor has enough juice to drive each 3 1/2" nail all the way in. Excellent choice for a do it yourselfer.

I have been a fan of Bostitch tools when I purchased my first roofing nailer and have purchased Bostitch ever since. This kit comes with everything you need to get the job done. Love that the compressor is USA made. Be aware that the tools do not come with cases. Good buy.

I have had this compressor for a couple of weeks now and really like it. It is a high quality unit clearly built to last. I chose this model over the very popular oil-free pancake compressors mainly for it's compact size and low noise level....and it did not dissappoint me. I would say this unit is half as loud as those typical oil-fee models by Prter Cble. I can easly run it indoors while remodeling a bedroom, and hardly hear in the room next door.

I've used portable work-site compressors of various types for over 30 years; primarily for pneumatic fasteners and framers. The Porter Cable pancake compressor is, by far, the only one that is truly, comfortably portable, without sharp corners, while at the same time having the PSI and air capacity of six gallons to keep an air-thirsty framer working.
