This scenic drive climbs through the diverse terrain of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. It travels along the Logan River and through Logan Canyon. There are many nature trails and hikes you can take at different places along the way. The drive starts in Logan where US 89 and US 91 meet.
This scenic drive winds through the Uinta National Forest. There are many incredible views of the Wasatch Mountain Range and it’s tallest Mountain Mt. Nebo which is 11,929 ft. To get to this drive take exit 255 off of I-15 and head east on UT-132, the Salt Creek Canyon Road is where this great escape begins.
This drive begins in Huntington by taking UT-10 near the town of Price. The drive heads north on UT-31 passing by farmlands and ranches until you enter the mouth of Huntington Canyon. Continue following signs for the Huntington-Eccles Canyons Scenic Byway and you’ll soon be traveling along beautiful meadows. There are many places to hike and fish along this drive as well.
This scenic escape runs through the canyons and forests of the Uinta Mountains. This road can be reached from Maeser (get to Maeser on US-40) by heading north on 3500 West; you will reach the Canyon in three miles. You can stop and see Petroglyphs or continue on for fantastic views of the Brownie Canyon.
