Warren Buffet's Berkshire to buy Phillips 66 unit for $1.4 billion

Warren Buffett's firm Berkshire Hathaway is working on a deal to buy unit of Philips 66 for around $1.4 billion. Philips 66 makes chemicals to improve the flow capacity of pipelines. The company said on Monday that Berkshire will pay for the Phillips Specialty Products Inc, buying about 19 million shares of Phillips 66 unit.

US to proceed with Devyani prosecution
