All Utahns want to keep their homes and their families safe. Unfortunately burglaries are all too common, even here in Utah. Here are a few ways to burglar-proof your home so you and your family can feel safe.
Start with your door; it’s the first thing burglars look at when determining how to break in. If your door looks flimsy, or it only has a single lock instead of a lock and a dead bolt, it will catch a burglars eye.
A home alarm system is a great deterrent, but if you’re going to get one, make sure it’s from a well known, reputable company. Burglars can bypass cheap alarms easily.
Make sure your back gate is locked and doesn’t have anything on it, such as a handle, that would make it easy for a thief to step onto and over your gate. If you do have something a thief can climb up, put some trellis above your gate to make it more difficult for them.
Make sure your have blinds or curtains to cover your windows. Leaving them open for burglars to see in is like inviting them to see what kind of goods you have to steal. If you don’t already have window locks, they are a good investment.
If you have a shed, make sure it is locked up. Make sure that all of your tools are locked inside so a burglar can’t use a garden spade to pry open the door. If your shed has windows put wire over them. To be safe, make sure to cover or secure anything that could give a thief easy access.
Get to know your Utah neighbors. Find a neighbor you can trust and let them know if you’re going to be out of town for a while so that they can be sure to keep an eye on things for you.
Fort Knox is the only manufacturer that allows you to build a safe to meet your needs; why would the interior be any different. As you create your safe you can choose from an all shelf design, to half long gun storage or all long gun storage.
Modern marketing is pure chaos. Consumers are revolting against stagnate companies and abandoning traditional media in droves. Only those who adapt will succeed. The revolution is in full-swing. Consumers are dictating how they want to do business and it's not the way you've probably done business before.
