On any given night, there are over 7,000 people who are homeless in Santa Clara County. Of those, about 2,500 are chronically homeless. Our efforts to date have determined that over 1,000 are vulnerable to an early death. Living on the streets long-term is deadly.

Rapid Re-Housing Young Adult Program provides permanent housing solutions to stabilize and serve individuals and families, ages 18 - 26 that are currently homeless or living in emergency shelters. Participants must become engaged in an educational or vocational program, including GED preparation and/or be employed.
