Housing 1000 seeks to house 1000 chronically homeless men and women

On any given night, there are over 7,000 people who are homeless in Santa Clara County. Of those, about 2,500 are chronically homeless. Our efforts to date have determined that over 1,000 are vulnerable to an early death. Living on the streets long-term is deadly.
