CALFZILLA EXERCISE

I will complete this exercise everyday 68 times a day. I will do this to help maintain the muscle in my calves. My goal is to be able to touch the celling when doing a grand jete.

Just kidding... I will actually complete this exercise once every other day. I will do this to help with ankle strength as well as calf strength.

Yoga, Upper Body and Arms strength

I will complete this exercise once every other day at the end of all the other exercises. I will use this to build arm strength as well cool down and stretch.
