I will do each core Exercise for the time written above. I will do each exercise 3 times and do it 5 days a week.

Thigh Masters

I will do it for the specified length. And I will do it every other day!

Push It

I will do each type of push-up 15 times. I will do this workout on the opposite days that I do my thigh workout!
