The Siam Mall Trifecta

Siam Paragon, Siam Square, and Siam Center form the ultimate shopping trifecta in Bangkok, surrounded by even more malls. Siam Paragon is the go-to destination for luxury retail indulgence, with high-end brands, gourmet dining, and a world-class cinema. Next door, Siam Center shines an unfiltered spotlight on fashion, with several stores showcasing the latest trends and boosting local designer brands. Across the street, Siam Square blends street-style shopping with eclectic cafes, making it a popular hangout for both locals and tourists.

The aquarium itself is home to a staggering variety of marine life, including sharks swimming past a shipwreck, exotic jellyfish illuminating the waters, and so much more.

For art lovers, one of the best things to do in Bangkok is to explore the Bangkok Art and Culture Center (BACC). A contemporary art hub stretching across 280 square metres, BACC is a heartfelt celebration of Bangkok's creative scene. The space showcases rotating exhibitions, including paintings, sculptures, photography, and multimedia art. In addition to the artwork, BACC is equipped with cosy cafes and art shops, curating a rounded experience with Thailand's finest fine art.

A short walk from Siam, the Jim Thompson House Museum offers a glimpse into traditional Thai architecture and history. The museum was once the home of Jim Thompson, an American businessman who played a key role in reviving Thailand’s silk industry. What remains is a beautifully preserved time capsule in the form of a teakwood house filled with Southeast Asian art and antiques.

The Museum of Natural History features fascinating taxidermy animals and fossils, while the Geology Museum showcases an extensive collection of minerals and gemstones.
