Bladder Accumulator
Bladder type Hydraulic Accumulator is an energy storage device which is mainly used during instant high demand requirement of hydraulic flow and pressure. It compensates pressure when there is a power outage or during switchover between pumps, manage the minor leakages and pressure drop takes place in the Hydraulic pipelines, fittings, and tubing, etc., It also acts as a shock absorber.

Piston accumulators work similar to bladder accumulators but are completely different in terms of construction. The Piston accumulator comprises of a seamless cylinder, a floating piston with gas-tight seals and enclosed with top & bottom covers. The piston moves freely between the lower end cap and its upper position, ensuring that pressure on the gas side and the hydraulic fluid side is always equal.

Diaphragm Accumulator is a hydro-pneumatic accumulator for storage of hydraulic liquid under nitrogen pressure. Diaphragm accumulator consists of a fluid and gas section with the flexible diaphragm as a separation element and ensuring that pressure on gas side and hydraulic fluid side is always equal. The top and bottom portions of the accumulator are welded to contain the diaphragm permanently inside in it.

Y-Strainer is used for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated or wire mesh straining element. It is used in pipelines to protect Pumps, Meters, Control valves, Steam traps, Regulators and other process equipment.

Pulsation dampener is a device that is used to absorb the pressure spikes generated during the working of reciprocating pumps in the hydraulic circuits. It is also acting as a leakage compensator, shock absorber, energy storage device as well.
