GET LEAN Game
The GET LEAN game offers a unique approach to learning by simulating realistic manufacturing scenarios. Participants in the GET LEAN game learn how they can use such tools to improve process efficiency and reduce production costs at the same time.
The GET LEAN game is a realistic simulation of a production process designed for teams of 13 to 16 participants. Each participant is given a specific role and tasks at eight tables during six sessions. In each session, ten orders from the finished goods warehouse are processed, followed by an analysis of the results and improvement planning led by a Kaizen leader. For the team to be successful, they must achieve four clearly defined objectives set by the management.
