Great service in our experience, direct and we were lucky enough to get in upgrade. The staff was lovely went through everything in detail and inspected the car with us. When we had an issue on the road the help line was right there and was super helpful.

So far so good, we returned the keys to the reception. The car was in satisfactory condition with working air conditioning. However, there is no car collection protocol!!! Keys returned before 1:00 p.m., at the reception they said that they would contact you in case of any problems. We are waiting for a possible phone call. If nothing happens, I recommend it! Fast and efficient, the gentleman was a bit rude, but straight to the point. At the hotel they said that they would drive the car to the lobby (a joke).
