Nestled within the verdant Kaeng Krachan National Park, Pala-U Waterfall is a beautiful multi-tiered cascade, still largely untouched by mass tourism. The hike to the falls offers a chance to appreciate the rich biodiversity, with sightings of butterflies, birds, and other native flora and fauna along the way. Adventurous visitors can take a refreshing dip in the clear pools at the waterfall’s base. The area around Pala-U is also a habitat for diverse wildlife, including rare and endangered species, where keen-eyed hikers may spot wild elephants, langurs, gibbons, and fascinating plant life.
