Last week someone asked me if it was possible to record the audio portion of a Skype call. The answer is yes, you can. There is software designed specifically for that purpose ( VodBurner is a popular choice), but if you have a Mac you can record by using QuickTime.

I confess! I'm a Flipboard flip-a-holic! I wasn't always this way. I originally hated Flipbaord and found the magazine style layout cluttered. Life has changed and Flipboard is now the most used app on my tablet. We're living in a Web 2.5 kinda world. If that makes no sense to you, check out this chart. But we're evolving past that in short order (in education's typical pace, that is).

Welcome to a post I always have fun writing. Last year I attempted finding ways to use Word Clouds (Wordle) in education. When I concluded writing that post I was at 108 possible ways. More than a half year went by, and I was up to 125 ways to use Word Clouds in the classroom.
