Getting the timing of your visit right can almost make or break your holiday, and like most other holiday destinations on earth, Bangladesh is also no exception. The high season in the country is from October to March. Temperatures are generally cooler during this time of the year, with January and February seeing the lowest temperatures. This, however, might not be the best time to visit for everyone, as the high season also means thronging crowds and inflated prices. On the contrary, the low season, from June to September, is the least favourite time to visit among most tourists to the South Asian nation. The shoulder season, from April to May, makes a fair compromise, with modest crowds and prices. However, it is important to note that it could get really hot during April and May without the cooling monsoon rains.
