A hot air balloon ride is one unique way to witness stunning views of the cityscape. The best time for take-off is early morning when you’ll have the added benefit of witnessing a spectacular sunrise if you can manage to get yourself out of bed before dawn. There will always be an element of spontaneity involved due to the differing conditions across each day that make it difficult to predict starting and landing points. However, the thrill of witnessing the city from above as a new day dawns is definitely worth the effort.

With golden curtains framing the screen you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped back in time to old Hollywood. This atmosphere is further heightened by the slew of classic films shown in 35mm, 70mm and in digital formats. The theatre also hosts several film festivals and events that attract local film enthusiasts.
