Some of their expertise is hunting, gathering, and resource management. They have unique languages such as Khoekhoe and San. They express themselves through rich rock art. Music and arts are very significant for them, as well as resilience in the face of colonization displacement, and marginalization.
Some online spiritual communities appropriate Khoi San and Nama cultural practices and symbols without proper understanding. others give praise to their culture, portraying it as "primitive" or "exotic" and reinforcing stereotypes.
Some online platforms facilitate respectful cultural exchange which allows people to learn from and also engage with Khoi San and Nama spiritual leaders and communities.
