A factory reset of a smartphone means to reset all the settings & configurations to how it was when you received the phone in it's factory-sealed box. It means a process which will remove all your personal data and downloaded pictures and applications from the phone.
If you are an iPhone user, then you would have got a direct link on a particular song to add it to your iTunes and your purchase and download is complete in a matter of a few clicks.
Are you sometimes straining your eyes hard to read your text messages ? Also when you browse a website on your phone, does the text seem so small that you often end up reading it on your laptop or desktop?
