Sri Lanka boasts a long history of Ayurveda like neighbouring India. Having developed its school of Ayurveda using locally grown herbs on the fertile soil and practices of treatment coming down generations Sri Lanka receives visitors to many Ayurvedic therapies. Some of the most used ones are as follows.

Head Massage (Shiro Abhyanga)

Nasal Inhalation (Nasna)

Navara Kizhi (A type of massage)
