LearnPad tablet introduced to MISD sixth-graders

Each of MISD's 1,600-plus sixth-grade students have received a LearnPad, an Android-based educational tablet that allows teachers to control and customize all content, and all sixth-grade teachers received an Apple iPad equipped with the Insight360 presentation and assessment application, as phase one of the district's multi-year individual technology upgrade plan.
