Keen to move more and start focusing on including exercise in your daily routine? Here are five simple tips!

Pick a workout you enjoy

Exercise should be something you like doing, and the best way to make sure you stick to a regular exercise routine is by picking an activity you enjoy. Consider a workout of your choice and try it out at least four times before deciding if it’s a good fit for you.
