Phuket Weekend Market

This is the biggest night market in Phuket held in Muang and a visit here is one of the unique things to do in Phuket to get the essence of a local marketplace. Operating on both days of the weekend, this market is open from 4.00 pm until 11.00 pm. with a seemingly endless array of fascinating things. Curios, souvenirs, second-hand items, and even live animals are available on sale. The covered section of the market boasts loads of jeans and T-shirts that keep drawing young and old whilst the uncovered section has electronics, shoes, and multitudes of bags. Don’t fail to move towards the food stalls and have a feast and enjoy chilled beverages.

Colourful Chillva Market

This is a groovy night market with exciting vibes, a vast selection of shops and a glorious array of food outlets. Situated by the side of Yaowarat Road towards the main Phuket town, the area stands out due to the colourful shop fronts which are shipping containers serving as shops. Although Chillva opens daily, the energy levels are higher from Thursday till Sunday when the Flea Market gets set at Chillva with tents and hawker stalls being added.
