Snorkelling at Blue Bay Marine Park

Situated on the southeastern edge of Mauritius, this tiny yet beautiful bay which is also a Marine Park since 1997. Capital City Port Louis

The largest city of Mauritius, Port Louis has many interesting things to see and experience. The port is the biggest port facility in the Indian Ocean region. The central market which is also known as the bazaar is an absolute must-visit site to feast your eyes on the vegetables, fruits, and other exotic local food items in different hues. The awesome seven-coloured earth at Chamarel

The quaint village of Chamarel in the southwest of Mauritius is a popular location due to the Seven coloured earth Geopark. An enormous area of dunes ranging from red to brown and violet, green, yellow, blue, and purple etc. During midday as the sun scorches down on Chamarel the earth here gleams in different hues bright and intense to the wonder of all visitors. Pretty Tamarind Falls

The beauty of this waterfall is the 07 cascades dropping down in a series on the Riviere Tamarin. Located not far from Black River Gorges National Park, the area has a host of waterfalls and hiking paths. Popular for its scenic surroundings this waterfall should be tried with a local certified guide to hike to the falls in safety and learn more about the area.
