Frog position stretch

To improve flexibility in the frog position, doing this once a week

Frog Stretch
Learned this one from my RKC, David Whitley (www.irontamer.com). Great to help improve mobility of the hips. The important point is to try and maintain the normal curvature of your low back when you do this and work into a good range without tensing up.
