As another legendary weekend at the premiere DC nightclub and lounge quickly approaches, the impresarios at 1730 M Street are ready to party to get the party started in true Huxley style. Last weekend as Washington Nationals pitcher Gio Gonzalez celebrated his birthday party, DJ Biks and DJ Vicious dropped the beats that kept the party going all night long.

Whether it be for a charity fundraiser they're headlining or a more intimate affair, it isn't uncommon for a slew of famous faces to grace the party rooms at 1730 M Street on any given weekend.

What do you get when you combine major businesses, media outlets, and local Washington celebrities? Just another night at The Huxley, that's all. And that is exactly what the Year Up National Capital Region is looking for at their upcoming networking event, which will take place at 1730 M Street this Thursday evening from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Before the late night weekend parties begin at 1730 M Street, this premiere Washington DC event space is often used as the locale for private party events and charity fundraisers... with a Huxley twist, of course.

With a reputation for being the DC nightlife venue that hosts Washington's elite, it isn't surprising that The Huxley would also be the go-to party locale for celebrities visiting the nation's capitol. (Everyone from Labron James to Lil' Jon have been spotted here.)

When the Howard Theater backed out on Bennett Richardson and Hinge's inaugural Neon Tuxedo Disco at the last minute, Washington nightlife impresarios and Huxley owners Ryan Seelbach and Eric Lund stepped in to save the day (and the par-tay).

For most Washingtonians, the last day of the work week is a slow one. While the District's pretty and powerful countdown the final hours until the weekend, Friday at the most prestigious , lounge, and nightclub are slightly busier.

Every weekend between 10pm and 2am, the most elite movers and shakers in the nation's capitol flock to 1730 M Street to enjoy the sinfully sweet concoction of beautiful people and exhilarating customer experience one can only find at The Huxley.

Although only opening its doors in November 2012, The Huxley DC venue, lounge, and nightclub quickly gained a reputation for being the go-to event space for A-list Washingtonians, for both private parties and weekend bottle service.
