Educating and organizing the entire the global community on black carbon and its effects is essential to ensure any reasonable effort to reduce and eliminate it.
Black carbon is very fine particle of particulate matters usually of particle size less than 2. 5µm. Black carbon emissions are the result of incomplete combustion of fossil fuels such as natural gas, coal, biomass, and carbon intensive fuels. Among the particulate matters, black carbon represents 10% of particulate matters.
Educating humankind about the devastating effects of Black Carbon and coordinating the development of Worldwide technologies to eliminate it.
