We at the Alive Wellness Clinics believe that while health is a state of body, wellness is a state of being. An actively pursued goal, we believe that wellness is a process of becoming aware of and making important choices towards a healthier, positive and fulfilling life.
A hair transplant is a surgical procedure in which hair follicles are taken from one area of the scalp (called the "donor site") and transplanted to a bald or balding area (called the "recipient site"). The most common technique used is called Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), in which a strip of skin containing hair follicles is removed from the donor site and the individual follicles are then implanted in the recipient site.
