Dream World

If you are after something wintery, especially like snow, make your way to Dream World. Its special attraction - Snow Town features arctic sledges and fake snow and is a great place to have ample fun. Dream World also offers plenty of fun water rides, roller coasters and plenty of other amazing activities one can enjoy with the whole family. The theme park can be reached by many a hotel in Sukhumvit Bangkok including the likes of Gardina Asoke Hotel & Residence with ease as well

Central World

Planning on shopping till you drop this December? Then do make your way to Central World which happens to get very festive every Christmas season. Apart from shopping, the front area of this fantastic shopping mall is famous for hosting a top New Year's countdown party with some great live bands performing. The mall also hosts a few beer gardens with their own themes and good food. To get to Central World take the Skytrain to Chidlom Station and cross the skywalk right over to the mall.

Sansiri Winter Market

A real holiday-style market, Sansiri Winter Market is a big open-air event where the local artists get to display and sell their arts and crafts. One can also check out a range of food offerings by local food vendors and artisans. It's a great spot to check out with your family. The magnificent Choa Phraya River is a top spot to congregate to during the holiday season. Many tour operators and hotels traditionally run special Christmas and New Year's dinners during this time.
