Chatuchak Market has been a stalwart in Bangkok for decades, having sprung up in the year 1942 – attracting more than 200, 000 shoppers and visitors on an average weekend. Head to sections 2-5, 22-24 and 25-27 to experience a gastronomic experience of dining in Bangkok! Chatuchak Market is located centrally in the city and can be reached easily from hotels such as Avani Atrium Bangkok with absolute ease.

Jodd Fairs Night Market

One of Bangkok's newer markets, having opened to the public just last year, Jodd Fairs Night Market has fast become a favourite among locals and tourists alike! Plus points include being easy to get by public transportation; and plenty of delicious Thai street food to sample. The market is open every day from 11 am to midnight. To get to Jodd Fairs Night Market, simply take the metro to Rama 9 MRT station, where a 3-minute walk from the station to the market will be required.
