Linking Praslin's string of beaches on the island's extreme northwest is the stunning piece of the beach of Anse Georgette. The laidback shores of Anse Georgette may be small, but the breathtaking allure is not. Soft, pristine white sand bordered by foliage and scores of boulders and nestled in the refuge of towering palms and dramatic forest-clad hilltops, this tucked away stretch of beach is as secluded as it gets. The rock and coral-free waters make the sea even more alluring, but also bring strong currents that totally put swimming out the window (or should we say beach?).
