As an Events Assistant, you will represent our clients at daily promotional events around Miami. Every day looks different with us, which provides an excellent work variety! As you work with your team to build compelling events, these campaigns will be implemented through a direct, face-to-face approach. What does that mean? You will have the opportunity every day to advocate for the amazing brands we represent. Trust us, it’s so much fun!

Creating compelling events and engaging atmospheres that attract audiences
Bringing energy and enthusiasm to daily team training environments
Mastering brand knowledge and the ability to articulate it clearly and effectively
Attracting new customers and engaging in meaningful conversations, establishing positive relationships that achieve long-term customer satisfaction and commitment
Setting ambitious personal and team goals and achieving them
Reaching large audiences on a daily basis, expanding client’s brand awareness
