Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Qasr al-Hosn

The Qasr al-Hosn is supposedly the first original building in Abu Dhabi. It is also the home to the first ruling family of the Emirates, the Al Nahyan. The display is present at the Qasr al Hosn Centre. The exhibition retells the beginnings of the city, its roots, and its people in striking detail. It is one of the most interesting attractions in Abu Dhabi that should not be missed. There is also a festival from time to time known as the festival of Qasr-al Hosn with live music and cultural events. The site is open from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. most days.

Yas Island

The Yas Island is a man-made 25-kilometre recreation hub that integrates shopping, entertainment, and amusement facilities in one place. Al Lulu Island

One can find some clear beaches to have a go at water sports on Al Lulu Island. The island extends from Abu Dhabi Breakwater up to the Zayed Sea Port.

Once there, don't fail to visit the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, St Joseph's Catholic Church, and do some shopping in one of the many grand malls found on the island. It is near the Corniche Brake Water near the Marina Mall and opens for visitors from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Al-Ain Palace is an old fort turned into a museum. It extended its doors to guests in 2001. Now recognised as Qasr al-Ain, it is free for the public to visit. Its attractive architecture is one of its principal attractions. The museum owns many antiquities and shows exhibits about the country and the history of the royal family.
