President Barack Obama will be greeted in New York's Southern Tier by a full-page newspaper advertisement accusing his administration of covering up information regarding hydraulic fracturing for natural gas in northeastern Pennsylvania. Food & Water Watch, a Washington D.C.-based group that is one of the most-vocal critics of fracking, purchased the ad in the Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin, a Gannett Co.
