5 Steps to Problem-Solve Anything!

Whether your ability or capacity to become more resilient is derailed or blocked by internal feelings of fear, worry, anger, anxiety, or resentment or external demands of life, learning to problem-solve can be beneficial to you.

The ADAPT model is a practical tool you can use to help you problem-solve and explore possible solutions to problems you face.
