For a long time, this young Canadian has been without his family and recently went through serious life-altering events. Chris is seeking out the help of the public to get him back to his family for support, and to get the care he needs. This is a brief list/PowerPoint on how you can help him out! The time is getting very limited for this fundraiser, as people diagnosed with his condition typically only get a few more years.
He is a very busy young man, only aged 27, who now faces trouble working with all the medical appointments in-between. Chris getting to his family will potentially better his lifestyle and prolong his life.
Can you help? If so, here is how.
There really is no place like home. Chris needs to receive on-going support, and in order to get a transplant he needs a steady support system - Home.
With the condition Chris developed, things can worsen at any time, and he has no support system where he is staying. All donations go directly to the family and the affected.
We know times are tough right now, but we ask that you do what you can. Even a simple "Share" to your Facebook or social media could drastically change the outcome for Chris.
It's true, life IS full of problems. BUT, that being said - there is always a solution!
Chris has been since diagnosed with Stage 4 Decompensated Liver cirrhosis. This is very serious so we need to act fast!
Every "Share" or Donation could drastically change the outcome for Chris, and his family.
Luckily, if we all work together on this we can help guide Chris through this problem.
He's made it really simple to help, by providing links to the fundraiser and even his own PayPal to send donations directly to him!
He also provided us with his Linktree, which contains direct links for those who would like to support his cause or make a donation.
"We would like to thank you ahead of time for your generosity and support from the bottom of our hearts. Chris has had a hard go, All I want is my baby boy home. Please Help.."
A statement from his mother.
