IROG( Isabelita Rosueta Organization),a non-profit Organization located at Subic,Bay Philippines is spearheaded by Mr. & Mrs. Joel and Roselyn Castillo, with the help of the other members of the Board.

It came about as a result of a common desire to give back to society the blessings received from personal and business ventures. Moreover, it is a channel through which other individuals and groups can network their ideas and resources for implementing meaningful and fruitful endeavours on behalf of the community and society in general.
