3 super basic theraband foot stretches
Just some super basic foot stretches with a theraband, I like doing these before class starts to warm up my calves and feet, therabands will help increase the strength of your feet and some say will improve your arches OVERTIME, I bought the theraband at wal-Mart for $17.99 along with 3 others in the box, sorry for my poor arches, I have bad arches
