I thought to try both their Mutton and Chicken Biryani. The Mutton Biryani has small meat balls (or kofti). Soft non-fibrous meat just fall off from the bone with slightest of the effort. While Chicken Biryani won't have any kofti in it. The taste of kofti in their mutton biryani made the difference.

For the sweet note, Shahi Tukda and Firni is the recommended option but if I have to pick one then has to be the Shahi Tukda which a thick piece of sliced bread soaked in rabri and sprinkled with dry fruits. Don't expect it to crunchy which proves that this has been drenched in malai for long.
