Tracks vary from simple nature walks around Lost Lake to highly elevated mountain treks. A well-travelled system of hikes spreads out from the vantage points atop Whistler Mountain. Gondolas transport trekkers over the tree line, where the paths are particularly beautiful in the alpine wildflower season.
The mountains further join the often-un-trodden region of Garibaldi Provincial Park. Five trailhead sections provide entrance to the provincial park from different locations between Squamish and north of Whistler. Trails are composed of day-hikes to Cheakamus Lake, Wedgemount Lake and Garibaldi Lake.
