The Cerro de Vila is a museum located close to the Quarteira neighbourhood of Vilamoura. Located beside the coastline of Algarve, Resorts such as the Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas. History buffs will appreciate the Roman ruins, and the archaeological excavations found here. The site has been an important place since the Bronze Age but became a Roman settlement in 27 BCE. Find ruins of Roman villas and bathhouses. There is also an exhibition of the uncovered ruins and artefacts.

The beach Praia Da Falesia's name originates from the hills around it. Witness a grand spectacle with a myriad of colours surrounding the striking beach. Stretching for 6 kilometres, the soft sand and clear waters with soothing waves. The ideal setting for the whole family. It is also rated the best beach in Portugal, third-best in Europe and twelfth in the whole world! Nearby there are all kinds of hotels and can be easily accessed by vehicle all year round.
Vilamoura beach is found opposite Vilamoura, directly attached to the Marina. With powdery beaches, brilliant clear blue seas and soft waves. An ideal beach for children and water sports. It is recommended for diving as the seabed is awesome!
Quarteira beach is found in the town of Quarteira. Encounter white sandy beaches and a gentle blue sea that beckons you to unwind or experience the different water activities in store.
