1 sweet potato

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Using a fork or similar device, poke holes in the sweet potato. Then place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, until tender. Remove from oven. Slice it open and scoop out the contents onto a plate. Squish it around with a fork. Let it cool enough so that it doesn’t burn your tongue or other tissues in your alimentary canal upon ingestion. Eat it.
