Petrol, diesel prices rise to new high after sixth consecutive hike; Petrol near Rs.110 mark in Assam

Guwahati: After a two-day respite, petrol and diesel prices were raised for the sixth straight day on Monday across the country.

The current increase, which comes as a result of the continuous rise in international oil prices, has pushed pump prices across the country to all-time high.

According to the sources, petrol and diesel prices have been raised by 35 paise per litre each.

The price of Petrol in Assam is at Rs 105.74 per litre Today and diesel costs Rs. 98.36 per litre.
